1. Create purchase requests for exports via air, sea, and land shipments.
2. Track lead times with freight forwarders to streamline operations and ensure on-time deliveries.
3. Generate invoices for international customs to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
4. Manage documentation for merchandise imports to various geographical locations.
5. Resolve IDocs and control batches in SAP to ensure smooth operations.
6. Verify FedEx shipment marking and labeling.
7. Check and manage invoices from various suppliers.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.

1. Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented.
2. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
3. Ability to synthesize complex data and resolve issues.
4. Adaptability to change.
5. Proficiency in Office 365 and SAP.
6. Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus.

Previous experience in Supply Chain is advantageous but not required.

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
