LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Supply and Distribution Planner

- Validate supply needs by analyzing sales demand and current stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
- Develop and implement optimized supply plans balancing service level targets with logistic cost efficiencies.
- Regularly review and adjust stock and replenishment parameters to maintain supply chain effectiveness.
- Provide clear visibility on KPIs and potential risks to stakeholders through effective communication and periodic reviews.
- Lead cross-functional supply planning processes with stakeholders to develop recommendations and implement action plans.
- Support the manager in implementing monthly Sales & Operations Planning meetings, including slide preparation and deviation analysis.
- Lead the roll-out of Automatic replenishment projects in collaboration with Sales and Retail teams.
- Ensure optimal inventory health and coverage at stores while maximizing service levels.
- Propose and implement solutions for effective stock arbitration across various distribution channels.
- Maintain the Brand Assortment List and manage catalog parameters within the Point of Sales.
- Serve as the primary project leader for all planning functions, encompassing Demand, Supply, and Distribution.
- Coordinate functional needs and facilitate the implementation of process improvements across the planning team.
- Provide regular updates and visibility on key project developments to management.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with managers and stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power Bi or automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Ability to adapt to different leadership styles and team dynamics.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese at a business level.
Minimum of 3 years in supply chain management, demand planning, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
