LVMH Senior Regional Architect

1. Ensure accurate and qualitative brand image across all points of sale in alignment with company guidelines.
2. Oversee the store design process from concept to completion, including planning, project management, and construction documentation.
3. Manage a large volume of projects, interfacing with various management levels and external partners.
4. Coordinate with the Central merchandising team to prepare store layouts that align with brand concepts and local requirements.
5. Produce creative point of sale designs to optimize brand visibility.
6. Analyze market needs and traffic flow to enhance customer interaction and site design.
7. Provide project plans and specifications for bidding, ensuring budget and deadline compliance.
8. Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to meet project deliverables.
9. Work with local suppliers to ensure high-quality production and installation.
10. Supervise site installations and ensure adherence to brand standards.
11. Regularly visit stores to review and propose branding opportunities and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.

1. Architectural background with retail design experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
2. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
3. Excellent understanding of furniture and materials for counter builds.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
