LVMH Senior Regional Architect

- Ensure accurate and qualitative brand image across all points of sale in alignment with company guidelines.
- Oversee the store design process from concept to completion, including planning, project management, and construction documentation.
- Manage a large volume of projects, interfacing with various management levels and external partners.
- Coordinate with the Central merchandising team to prepare store layouts that align with brand concepts and local requirements.
- Produce creative point of sale designs to optimize brand visibility.
- Analyze market needs and traffic flow to enhance customer interaction and site design.
- Provide project plans and specifications for bidding, ensuring budget and deadline compliance.
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to meet project deliverables.
- Work with local suppliers to ensure high-quality production and installation.
- Supervise site installations and ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Regularly visit stores to review and propose branding opportunities and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
- Architectural background with retail design experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent understanding of furniture and materials for counter builds.
- Design and quality oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of general contracting works and merchandising.
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
