1. Assume full purchasing responsibility for the Beauty Division across Southeast Asia, developing and managing sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
2. Directly manage and mentor a Purchasing Manager, providing guidance and performance feedback.
3. Contribute to the development and execution of the purchasing roadmap, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
4. Lead operational procurement for a defined category, overseeing the entire purchasing cycle.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the primary contact for purchasing-related queries.
6. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.
7. Drive cost reduction initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
8. Provide regular reports on purchasing performance and financial savings.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Specialized purchasing certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
3. Minimum 10 years of progressive purchasing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
