LVMH Senior Accountant

- Verify and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
- Compile and verify staff claims for payment approval.
- Prepare documentation for payment authorization and enter payment journals.
- Maintain accrual procedures and reconcile payable accounts with sub-ledgers.
- Manage depreciation processes and ensure accurate ERP entries.
- Calculate and enter inventory provisions.
- Confirm and enter in-transit items.
- Issue and book intercompany invoices.
- Update and maintain lease contract data in the group system.
- Reconcile inter-company balances.
- Prepare financial reports for headquarters, including balance sheets and additional information.
- Prepare closing review documents such as AP aging, BS details, and accrual lists.
- File tax returns including VAT quarterly and CIT yearly.
- Support the Treasury Manager in tax reporting and liaise with tax authorities.
- Handle daily inquiries from brands regarding accounting treatment and internal controls.
- Assist function managers with external and internal audits.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
- Accounting certification (CPA or AICPA) is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as AX or SAP.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical acumen and proficient PC operation.
- Precision and accuracy in work.
- Fluency in spoken and written Korean and English.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit is required.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
