LVMH Senior Accountant

1. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, including accruals and depreciations.
2. Manage General Ledger accounts, ensuring monthly reconciliations are completed.
3. Record Capex invoices and manage depreciation parameters.
4. Oversee sales and COGS, including invoice control and recording.
5. Handle intercompany invoices and ensure reconciliations are accurate.
6. Reconcile monthly payroll and manage accounting records per Group policy.
7. Provide backup within the General Ledger team during absences.
8. Harmonize files and processes with team members.
9. Assist in ad-hoc projects related to accounting systems and procedures.
10. Address queries from senior management as required.
11. Report Balance Sheet biannually using Syrus.
12. Perform cash analysis and forecast reporting periodically.
13. Prepare and file VAT, Intrastat, STATBEL, CBS, and other declarations.
14. Draft annual accounts and corporate income tax declarations.
15. Prepare audit files and assist during audits.
16. Support Accounts Payable, advising on VAT treatment of invoices.
17. Prepare outgoing payments in line with company policy.
18. Regularly analyze and present supplier situations to the Accounting Manager.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. At least 8 years of experience in accounting
3. Fluency in Dutch and French, proficiency in English
4. Experience with SAP
5. Excellent knowledge of Excel

Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on General Ledger operations and financial reporting.
