LVMH Retail Manager

- Supervise and support the sales team at retail locations, ensuring sales targets and commercial objectives are met.
- Define line objectives to ensure projected growth and brand positioning by retailer and location.

- Ensure monthly sell-out quotas are met across the designated area of responsibility.

- Lead the recruitment, selection, and development process of Beauty Consultants, ensuring the formation of high-performance teams.
- Monitor and maintain key performance indicators related to turnover, retention, and career planning for the retail team.
- Act as a mentor and coach for the team, ensuring each member receives continuous support and motivation to reach their full potential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales management.
- Residency in Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey.
- Ability to anticipate market requirements, identify opportunities, and propose strategic solutions.
