- Support recruitment plans in collaboration with Commercial Director and Sales Manager.
- Facilitate onboarding for all retail staff levels, including Make Up Artists, Color Stylists, and Beauty Consultants.
- Collaborate with Recruiter and Retail managers to enhance the recruitment process for Retail positions.
- Identify potential candidates through various sourcing channels to maintain a pool of Beauty Consultant candidates.
- Coordinate and manage the Performance Review Process for Beauty Consultants and managerial retail staff.
- Conduct career meetings with Counter Managers and Beauty Consultants.
- Review and align performance review methods with business objectives.
- Implement talent management initiatives including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Support Counter Managers in designing development action plans for low performers.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the exit process for retail staff.
- Collect and analyze Compensation and Benefits information from competitors.
- Recommend training programs for Retail staff in collaboration with Sales Managers and Training Manager.
- Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys and share results with the Sales Director.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects at local, regional, and central levels.
- Counsel and address retail employees’ grievances.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of retail business and staff acquisition.
- Proficiency in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
- Team player with supervisory and management skills.
- Well-organized, self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Labor Law is advantageous.
