Retail Coordinator and Trainer

1. Develop sales and manage sales performance by store to reach targets
2. Ensure retail staff embody the brand's values and retail projects
3. Motivate Beauty Consultants (BCs) to foster team spirit and goal orientation
4. Recruit the best qualified counter managers and BCs
5. Enforce strict control of POS merchandising, decoration, and operating conditions
6. Prepare and conduct training sessions
7. Train teams at El Corte Inglés (ECI)
8. Train and coach teams for new ECI openings
9. Demonstrate expertise and selling skills in the field
10. Measure and monitor sell-out team performance following training actions

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar
2. MBA desirable
3. Fluent in English

Minimum 5 years in retail luxury management positions, with deep knowledge of store operations, retail KPIs, team management, and experience in creating and executing successful action plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. MBA desirable.
