1. Develop and manage sales performance by store to achieve targets.
2. Ensure retail staff embody brand values and retail initiatives.
3. Motivate Beauty Consultants to foster team spirit and goal orientation.
4. Recruit top-tier counter managers and Beauty Consultants.
5. Maintain strict control of POS merchandising, decoration, and operations to brand standards.
6. Prepare and conduct training sessions.
7. Train teams at El Corte Inglés and during new store openings.
8. Exemplify expertise and salesmanship in the field.
9. Measure and monitor sell-out team performance post-training.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury retail management.
3. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management, with a strong understanding of store operations, retail KPIs, team management, and experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. MBA desirable.
