LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs Specialist

- Review and prepare documents such as Formula & Certificate of Free Sales for product importation to register new products with regulatory authorities.
- Manage functional cosmetics registration processes.
- Review and register non-cosmetic products, including household chemicals.
- Prepare Korean labels and local claims/advertisements.
- Monitor product safety issues in accordance with headquarters guidelines.
- Assist the Operational RA Manager and RA&QA Director with assigned tasks.
- Monitor and review new and revised regulations, adapting them to ORA work processes under the supervision of the ORA manager.
- Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ORA tasks.
- Report cosmetovigilance to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).
- Provide feedback and support RA team activities, specializing in claims and cosmetovigilance.
- Attend Claim Advisory Committee meetings to influence the regulatory environment.
- Monitor advertisements for online channels as requested by KCA and MFDS.
- Conduct RA workshops, inductions, and meetings with Brand Marketing teams as necessary.
- Coordinate meetings with LVMH HQ Operational RA, Scientific Direction, and others as needed.
- Provide timely feedback to RA&QA assistants to support performance compliance.
- Prepare presentation materials for regulatory webinars or seminars hosted by HQ/Regional RA under supervision of the ORA manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably Chemistry.
- More than 2 years of experience in the cosmetic regulatory affairs field.
- Systematic and engineering capability to improve work processes using automated software or tools.
- Attention to detail and accountability.
- Proactive and curious about regulations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Native Korean speaker with business-level English skills in writing and speaking.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
