1. Review and prepare documents such as Formula & Certificate of Free Sales for product importation to register new products with regulatory authorities.
2. Manage functional cosmetics registration processes.
3. Review and register non-cosmetic products, including household chemicals.
4. Prepare Korean labels and local claims/advertisements.
5. Monitor product safety issues in accordance with headquarters guidelines.
6. Assist the Operational RA Manager and RA&QA Director with assigned tasks.
7. Monitor and review new and revised regulations, adapting them to ORA work processes under the supervision of the ORA manager.
8. Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ORA tasks.
9. Report cosmetovigilance to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).
10. Provide feedback and support RA team activities, specializing in claims and cosmetovigilance.
11. Attend Claim Advisory Committee meetings to influence the regulatory environment.
12. Monitor advertisements for online channels as requested by KCA and MFDS.
13. Conduct RA workshops, inductions, and meetings with Brand Marketing teams as necessary.
14. Coordinate meetings with LVMH HQ Operational RA, Scientific Direction, and others as needed.
15. Provide timely feedback to RA&QA assistants to support performance compliance.
16. Prepare presentation materials for regulatory webinars or seminars hosted by HQ/Regional RA under supervision of the ORA manager.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably Chemistry.
2. More than 2 years of experience in the cosmetic regulatory affairs field.
3. Systematic and engineering capability to improve work processes using automated software or tools.
4. Attention to detail and accountability.
5. Proactive and curious about regulations.
6. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
7. Native Korean speaker with business-level English skills in writing and speaking.
8. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
