1. Coordinate the production of Korean label artwork with external design firms.
2. Conduct comparative reviews of order details and designed Korean label artwork.
3. Facilitate final reviews of Korean label artwork with the RA&QA brand manager.
4. Store and distribute finalized Korean label artwork to relevant departments.
5. Deliver Korean label artwork and product information to the Singapore label department.
6. Communicate with relevant departments regarding Korean label issues and supply needs.
7. Generate self-inspection request lists for each invoice and share with relevant departments.
8. Create final request lists post-logistics receipt and distribute to relevant departments.
9. Apply for delivery orders for self-inspection products and coordinate quality inspections with external agencies.
10. Confirm issued test report results, manage documentation, and share results with relevant departments.
11. Review monthly test request lists.
12. Request and receive packaging material information from the head office representative.
13. Enter and manage packaging information in related programs and documents.

1. University graduate or higher, preferably in science or engineering fields.
2. More than 6 months of work experience, preferably in cosmetics companies.

1. Proficiency in English email communication.
2. Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
3. Meticulous and sincere personality suited for document management.

Beginner level experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in cosmetics companies.

University graduate or higher, preferably in science or engineering fields.
