LVMH Regional Marketing Manager

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive 360° marketing plans tailored to the Mexican market, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and brand strategy.
- Drive the conceptualization and execution of innovative marketing programs, experimenting with new tactics to maintain competitive advantage and brand relevance.
- Influence and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic alignment and optimal execution.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the marketing budget, ensuring investment efficiency and alignment with business and financial objectives.
- Analyze sell-out and sell-in performance, profitability, and effectiveness of marketing activations and franchise initiatives against targets.
- Lead the forecasting process for new product launches and Point-of-Sale Materials, collaborating with Area Managers for accurate calibration and optimal inventory levels.
- Conceptualize and implement smart, tailor-made 360° marketing programs designed to drive sell-out and significantly enhance the customer experience.
- Deploy the Acqua di Parma brand training to the Retail Team across all points of Sales to ensure brand communication and sales guidelines are executed according to global strategies.
- Effectively manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Demonstrate agility and flexibility in adapting strategies to the evolving landscape, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Leverage insights in Retail, CRM, E-commerce, and E-retail to ensure a cohesive and effective omnichannel strategy.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional, diverse teams.
- Demonstrate proven ability to negotiate effectively with retailers and strategic partners to secure advantageous terms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership position, preferably within the luxury, beauty consumer goods, or fragrance/cosmetics industry.
- Strategic 360° marketing planning
- Financial and budget management
- Luxury marketing and deep understanding of high-end consumer behavior
- Comprehensive vision of marketing channels
- Knowledge of Retail, CRM, E-commerce, E-retail
- Advanced English proficiency
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within marketing, preferably in the luxury or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
