- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive 360° marketing strategies tailored to the Mexican market, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Drive innovative marketing programs, experimenting with new tactics to maintain competitive advantage and brand relevance.
- Influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic alignment and optimal execution.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the marketing budget, ensuring investment efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze sell-out and sell-in performance, profitability, and effectiveness of marketing activations against targets.
- Lead the forecasting process for new product launches and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
- Conceptualize and implement smart, tailor-made 360° marketing programs to enhance the customer experience.
- Deploy brand training to the Retail Team across all points of sale to ensure brand communication and sales guidelines are executed according to global strategies.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Demonstrate agility in adapting strategies to evolving market trends and consumer behavior.
- Leverage insights in Retail, CRM, E-commerce, and E-retail to ensure a cohesive omnichannel strategy.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and lead cross-functional, diverse teams.
- Negotiate effectively with retailers and strategic partners to secure advantageous terms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership position.
- Strategic 360° marketing planning across various channels including Product, Media, Public Relations, Events, Influencer, Digital, Trade, and Visual Merchandising.
- Financial and budget management expertise.
- Deep understanding of luxury marketing and high-end consumer behavior.
- Comprehensive vision of marketing channels, both online and offline.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury, beauty consumer goods, or fragrance/cosmetics industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
