1. Design upgraded and common Purchasing processes with business experts from the Beauty Division and establish a Core Model framework.
2. Ensure consistency across program streams and continuous improvement of Purchasing processes.
3. Organize design workshops and ensure business experts' contributions to understand and design target processes.
4. Coordinate the acceptance tests of solutions with Key Users.
5. Manage the entire process of data migration and validate data integration.
6. Contribute to information and communication activities related to the Program.
7. Drive continuous improvement of Purchasing processes within the Program.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of ERP processes linked to Purchasing.
3. Familiarity with LVMH Beauty organization.
4. Fluency in French and English.

2. Capacity to lead a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
3. Autonomy and critical thinking.
4. Proficiency in program management and change management.
5. Ability to learn new SAP solutions easily.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with substantial experience in program management and change management within the luxury beauty sector.
