1. Enhance assembly productivity by strengthening the quotation validation process and conducting monthly productivity reviews.
2. Coordinate improvement activities and drive productivity initiatives for both online and offline operations.
3. Optimize team responsibilities and workflows by reviewing the scope of charge hands and working with 3PL to create standardized Work Instructions.
4. Assess and improve the efficiency of charge hands and material handlers through data-driven analysis.
5. Review and streamline year-end closing processes across departments, including restructuring timelines and communication strategies.
6. Support the logistics team in evaluating and implementing a cloud-based Transportation Management System and spot buying system.
7. Assist in data gathering and user requirement analysis to enhance freight management efficiency.

1. Diploma qualification or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Ability to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months starting from February 2026.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with data analytics tools is advantageous.
3. Prior internship or project experience in production, logistics, or supply chain is beneficial.

Beginner-level experience, ideally with prior exposure to production, logistics, or supply chain through internships or projects.

Diploma qualification or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.

The position offers a hybrid working model with company transport provided from Boon Lay, Jurong East, and Outram to the Pioneer area.
