1. Oversee and manage the demand, supply, and distribution planning processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective flow of goods.
2. Lead the demand planning flow to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
3. Manage supply planning to optimize stock healthiness and avoid out-of-stock situations.
4. Oversee distribution flow to points of sale and inventory allocation by channel.
5. Monitor supply chain KPIs, inventory, scrap, and provision against financial targets.
6. Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process from the supply side.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to manage supply risks and fulfill business needs.
8. Report planning KPIs and troubleshoot work processes.
9. Control and update master data to prevent errors.
10. Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.

1. University graduate, preferably in supply chain or logistics-related fields.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in foreign firms.
3. High sensitivity to complexity and diversity by brands.

4. Proactive and confident in speed and accuracy.
