LVMH Planning Coordinator

- Support various planning processes including demand, supply, and distribution.
- Ensure stock availability in the warehouse and address queries from the Brand team.
- Manage regular reporting related to service, inventory, and forecast topics.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as requested by the team manager or senior planners.
- Coordinate the overall forecast process for saleable items and POSM.
- Update reports to monitor sales trends and forecast deviations, providing insights to the Forecaster and Marketing team.
- Participate in forecast modification requests, consolidation, and analysis.
- Respond to inquiries related to stock availability for in-transit stocks and warehouse on-rack timing.
- Coordinate with Planners and Brand team to identify priorities for the warehouse team inbound process.
- Update and communicate monthly planning reports and identify KPI performance gaps versus targets.
- Initiate follow-ups with team members to monitor improvement progress.
- Support supply-related processes, including overstock return procedures.
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments.
- Detail-oriented and action-driven personality with a positive attitude.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
