LVMH Planning Coordinator

1. Support various planning processes, including demand, supply, and distribution.
2. Ensure stock availability in the warehouse and address queries from the Brand team.
3. Manage regular reporting related to service, inventory, and forecast topics.
4. Handle ad-hoc tasks as requested by the team manager or senior planners.
5. Assist in the overall forecast process for both saleable items and POSM.
6. Update reports to monitor sales trends and forecast deviations, providing insights to the Forecaster and Marketing team.
7. Participate in forecast modification requests, consolidation, and analysis.
8. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to stock availability for in-transit stocks and warehouse on-rack timing.
9. Coordinate with Planners and the Brand team to identify priorities for the warehouse team's inbound process.
10. Update and communicate monthly planning reports, identifying KPI performance gaps versus targets.
11. Initiate follow-ups with team members to monitor improvement progress.
12. Support supply-related topics, such as the overstock return process.

1. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with sales, marketing, and other departments.
4. Detail-oriented and action-driven personality with a positive attitude.
5. Self-starter with the ability to work independently under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Beginner level experience is required.
