LVMH Outbound Specialist

1. Coordinate physical warehouse operations between brands and outsourcing partners.
2. Lead the optimization processes for E-Business operations.
3. Report on E-Business key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Train site workers in internal procedures, including gift wrapping and safety guidelines.
5. Test new processes such as gift wrapping, promotions, and engraving, and liaise with brands for final decisions.
6. Review and optimize E-BIZ stock by brand, including the removal of outdated promotional stock.
7. Manage non-stock materials for E-Business, such as shipping boxes, tape, and ribbons.
8. Communicate with related teams to meet brand requirements and enhance warehouse efficiency for E-BIZ customization processes.
9. Oversee the engraving plan per SKU, manage capacity, and troubleshoot issues.
10. Prepare monthly expense claims and purchase orders for E-BIZ.
11. Report irregular processes and follow up on corrective actions.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Detail-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.
3. Proficient in logistics operations, including picking, packing, and shipping.
4. Customer-focused, organized, and action-oriented.
5. Strong analytical skills and cost/result orientation.
6. Ability to work within time constraints and schedules.
7. Proficient in English communication.
8. Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on picking, packing, and shipping, is required.
