LVMH Outbound Specialist

1. Coordinate physical warehouse operations between brands and outsourcing partners.
2. Lead the optimization processes for E-Business operations.
3. Report on E-Business key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Train site workers to adhere to internal guidelines, including gift wrapping and safety protocols.
5. Test and finalize new processes such as gift wrapping, promotions, and engraving in collaboration with brands.
6. Review and optimize E-Business stock by brand, including the removal of outdated promotional stock.
7. Manage non-stock materials for E-Business, including shipping boxes, tape, and ribbons.
8. Communicate with related teams to meet brand requirements and enhance warehouse efficiency for E-Business customization.
9. Oversee engraving plans per SKU, manage capacity, and troubleshoot issues.
10. Prepare monthly expense claims and purchase orders for E-Business.
11. Report irregular processes and follow up on corrective actions.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

3. Proficient in logistics operations, including picking, packing, and shipping.
4. Customer-focused, organized, and action-oriented.
5. Strong analytical skills with a cost and results-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to work within time constraints and schedules.
7. Proficient in English communication.
8. Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or related fields is required.
