1. Conduct capacity planning and review based on brand forecasts and operational analysis.
2. Establish and manage the yearly outbound order schedule for retail counters, including planning special workdays.
3. Monitor weekly forecast-to-trend variances and adjust labor and work schedules accordingly.
4. Set productivity targets for outbound activities such as picking, packing, and shipping.
5. Monitor productivity levels and implement corrective actions as needed.
6. Compile monthly KPI and productivity reports.
7. Review and enhance warehouse operations processes.
8. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for logistics operations, ensuring they are up-to-date and distributed to relevant teams.
9. Propose new Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions and coordinate system development and testing.
10. Train warehouse team members on new WMS functions and troubleshoot issues.
11. Optimize PIC rack utilization by analyzing picking paths to improve operational flow and space efficiency.
12. Participate in logistics-related projects and liaise with the regional team in Singapore.
13. Oversee e-business operations, including monitoring engraving productivity and machine maintenance.
14. Set up logistics procedures based on customer-specific requirements and conduct on-site training for warehouse teams.
15. Manage warehouse cost-related tasks, including processing Esker purchase orders and monthly expense closings.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

1. Proficiency in logistics WMS and ERP systems.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI).
4. Detail-oriented and organized.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations is required.
