LVMH Outbound Logistics Specialist

1. Conduct capacity planning reviews based on brand forecasts and operational analysis.
2. Establish annual outbound order schedules and plan special workdays.
3. Analyze weekly forecast-to-trend variances and adjust labor and work schedules accordingly.
4. Set productivity targets for outbound activities such as picking, packing, and shipping.
5. Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions as necessary.
6. Prepare monthly KPI and productivity reports.
7. Review and enhance warehouse operations processes.
8. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for logistics operations.
9. Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and reflective of process changes or system updates.
10. Distribute new or revised SOPs to relevant teams.
11. Propose new system functions aligned with logistics process requirements.
12. Coordinate end-to-end testing support for new Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions or upgrades.
13. Train warehouse team on new WMS functions upon deployment.
14. Conduct regular reviews of PIC rack utilization and optimize locations to enhance operational flow and space efficiency.
15. Participate in logistics-related projects and communicate with the regional team in Singapore.
16. Monitor engraving productivity and machine maintenance status.
17. Set up logistics procedures based on customer-specific requirements.
18. Conduct on-site warehouse team training to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
19. Process warehouse cost-related tasks including Esker PO creation, approval requests, and monthly expense closing.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

1. Proficiency in logistics WMS and ERP systems.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

A minimum of three years of professional experience in logistics or warehouse operations is required.
