LVMH Order Processing Coordinator

- Serve as the primary contact for UK and EIRE launch and order planning for POSM and free goods.
- Ensure successful implementation of launch activities to meet all on-counter dates.
- Collaborate with the Supply team to download orders and matrices from Aurora within agreed time frames.
- Communicate status and manage solutions for launch management, distribution management, shortage reports, and logistical constraints for POSM.
- Place and manage all POSM/Free Goods orders and fulfilment within PCD, communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain internal relationships within brands to ensure operational excellence.
- Respond to queries and issues related to POSM/free goods post-fulfilment.
- Assist the Operations Specialist with daily and weekly reports to the Commercial team.
- Coordinate shipping requests with the distribution center in Milton Keynes.
- Liaise between the distribution center, transport partners, customers, and Supply and Marketing teams.
- Prepare operational reports concerning demand activities for launch orders.
- Communicate order flow status to customers and relevant business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure timely information sharing.
- Participate in team meetings to maintain effective departmental communication.
- Minimum 3 years of operational, logistics, or customer service experience in a FMCG environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn and adaptable.
- Action-oriented and proactive.
- Results-driven with effective time management skills.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
- Proficient in SAP or comparable ERP system.
Minimum 3 years of operational, logistics, or customer service experience in a FMCG environment.
