LVMH Office Assistant Intern

1. Assist the office and fleet manager with daily tasks and projects.
2. Maintain a neat and organized office environment.
3. Ensure adequate supplies are available in the office and kitchen, including paper, office supplies, tea, and coffee.
4. Order office supplies and consumables as needed.
5. Serve as the contact person for the landlord regarding office damages.
6. Coordinate with engineers and other tenants within the building.
7. Arrange travel bookings and hotel accommodations.
8. Maintain regular communication with receptionists and cleaning staff.
9. Address ad hoc daily queries from employees.
10. Register daily outgoing mail, both digital and physical.
11. Manage registration of access tags for the building and office.
12. Act as the go-to person for employees on all office-related topics.
13. Contribute to ad hoc projects as required.
14. Assist in the organization of events.
15. Participate in the office renovation project scheduled for Q1, 2026.

1. MBO thinking and working level, preferably with a background in secretarial, facility, or administrative work.

1. Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
3. Attention to detail with an accurate and structured approach.
4. Proactive and fully committed to all work aspects.
5. Efficient with the ability to multitask.
6. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and external contacts.
7. Trustworthy with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

MBO level education preferred.
