1. Supervise compliance with Data Protection regulations and implement procedures for personal data processing.
2. Assist in reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, including confidentiality and service agreements.
3. Collaborate in monitoring the compliance program of the Group.
4. Manage and detect irregularities or violations of corporate regulations.
5. Maintain relations with specialized external law firms.
6. Respond to requests from official bodies.
7. Update and manage the company's database of contractual and legal documents.
8. Support the registration and apostille of legal documents.
9. Disseminate legislation related to the Group's activities.
10. Implement corporate legal tools.
11. Provide legal advice to various Group departments.
12. Participate in employee onboarding to communicate necessary internal procedures.
13. Collaborate in the department's communication and training plan.
14. Participate in internal company projects.

1. Law bachelor's degree with a master's degree in access to the legal profession.
2. Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.

3. Organizational skills and sense of urgency.
4. Dynamic and quick learner with a sensibility for luxury.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus.
7. Proficient in Office 365 and advanced Excel.

Previous experience in a related field is required.

Law bachelor's degree with a master's degree in access to the legal profession.
