LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Legal Intern

- Supervise compliance with Data Protection regulations and implement procedures for personal data processing.
- Assist in reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, including confidentiality and service agreements.
- Collaborate in monitoring the compliance program of the Group.
- Manage and detect irregularities or violations of corporate regulations.
- Maintain relations with specialized external law firms.
- Respond to requests from official bodies.
- Update and manage the company's database of contractual and legal documents.
- Support the registration and apostille of legal documents.
- Disseminate legislation related to the Group's activities.
- Implement corporate legal tools.
- Provide legal advice to various Group departments.
- Participate in employee onboarding to communicate necessary internal procedures.
- Collaborate in the department's communication and training plan.
- Participate in internal company projects.
- Law bachelor's degree with a master's degree in access to the legal profession.
- Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
- Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document review.
- Organizational skills and sense of urgency.
- Dynamic and quick learner with a sensibility for luxury.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus.
- Proficient in Office 365 and advanced Excel.
Previous experience in a related field is required.
Law bachelor's degree with a master's degree in access to the legal profession.
