1. Supervise compliance with Data Protection regulations and implement procedures for personal data processing.
2. Assist in reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, including confidentiality and service agreements.
3. Collaborate in monitoring the Group's compliance program.
4. Manage and detect irregularities or violations of corporate regulations.
5. Maintain relations with specialized external law firms.
6. Respond to requests from official bodies.
7. Update the company's database of contractual and legal documents, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
8. Support in the registration and apostille of legal documents.
9. Collect and disseminate legislation related to the Group's activities.
10. Support the implementation of corporate legal tools.
11. Provide legal advice to various Group departments including Marketing, PR, and Finance.
12. Participate in employee onboarding to communicate internal procedures.
13. Collaborate in the department's communication and training plan.
14. Engage in internal company projects.

1. Law bachelor's degree with a master's degree in access to the legal profession.
2. Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus.
3. Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.

Previous experience in a related field is required.
