1. Coordinate the training plan for employees in both field and central offices.
2. Assist in mobilizing and following up on the company's training program.
3. Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
4. Track and analyze training data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
5. Stay informed on learning and development best practices and trends within the luxury industry.
6. Manage Fundae and liaise with consultancy firms.
7. Revise, update, and improve databases.
8. Utilize the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
9. Provide administrative support in areas such as travel organization and expenses.
10. Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
11. Contribute to HR projects, including events and conventions.

1. Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.

Beginner level experience in Human Resources or related fields.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
