LVMH Learning & HR Support Intern

1. Coordinate the training plan for employees in both field and central offices.
2. Assist in the mobilization and follow-up of the company's training program.
3. Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
4. Monitor and support the achievement of KPIs related to learning and development.
5. Track and analyze training data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
6. Stay informed about learning and development best practices and trends within the luxury industry.
7. Manage Fundae and maintain the relationship with the consultancy firm.
8. Revise, update, and improve databases.
9. Utilize the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
10. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including travel organization and expenses.
11. Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
12. Contribute to HR projects, such as events and conventions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.

Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
