LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Learning & HR Support Intern

- Coordinate the training plan for employees in both field and central offices.
- Assist in the mobilization and follow-up of the company's training program.
- Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Monitor and support the achievement of KPIs related to learning and development.
- Track and analyze training data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about learning and development best practices and trends within the luxury industry.
- Manage Fundae and maintain the relationship with the consultancy firm.
- Revise, update, and improve databases.
- Utilize the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including travel organization and expenses.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Contribute to HR projects, such as events and conventions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a resilient and adaptable mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent planning, precision, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professionalism in all HR-related interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
