LVMH Learning and HR Support Intern

- Coordinate the training plan for employees in both field and central offices.
- Assist in mobilizing and following up on the company's training program.
- Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Understand and support the achievement of KPIs related to training.
- Track and analyze training data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about learning and development best practices and trends within the luxury industry.
- Manage Fundae and maintain relationships with consultancy firms.
- Revise, update, and improve databases.
- Utilize the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including travel organization and expenses.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Contribute to HR projects such as events and conventions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a resilient and adaptable mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent planning, precision, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professionalism in all HR-related interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Beginner level experience in Human Resources or related fields is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
