1. Deliver training programs aligned with L&D strategies and the company's mission.
2. Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Conduct surveys to assess employee development needs.
4. Assist in developing new learning programs tailored to organizational and employee needs.
5. Promote developmental opportunities in performance management and career path identification.
6. Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
7. Communicate effectively with employees on ongoing projects and programs.
8. Stay updated with L&D trends and incorporate best practices into learning initiatives.
9. Maintain accurate records of training programs, expenses, feedback, and training history.
10. Manage logistics and coordination of training schedules, venues, and materials.
11. Utilize Learning Management System to track employee learning journeys.
12. Support training vendor management and administrative tasks within the training budget.
13. Assist in learning execution and facilitation as needed.
14. Support internal employee engagement activities and events.
15. Assist in implementing and managing LVMH regional and group-level initiatives.
16. Identify engaging opportunities and suggest ideas to enhance employee belonging.
17. Follow up on employer branding activities such as job fairs and internship programs.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D or HR, preferably within a similar industry.
2. Fluency in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
