- Deliver training programs aligned with L&D strategies and the company's mission.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Conduct surveys to assess employee development needs.
- Assist in developing new learning programs tailored to organizational and employee needs.
- Promote developmental opportunities in performance management and career path identification.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with employees on ongoing projects and programs.
- Stay updated with L&D trends and incorporate best practices into learning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of training programs, expenses, feedback, and training history.
- Manage logistics and coordination of training schedules, venues, and materials.
- Utilize Learning Management System to track employee learning journeys.
- Support training vendor management and administrative tasks within the training budget.
- Assist in learning execution and facilitation as needed.
- Support internal employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in implementing and managing LVMH regional and group-level initiatives.
- Identify engaging opportunities and suggest ideas to enhance employee belonging.
- Follow up on employer branding activities such as job fairs and internship programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D or HR, preferably within a similar industry.
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in presentation and delivery.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive and effective time management.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm for learning and development.
- Creative thinking.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and relevant tools.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources, with a preference for candidates from similar industries.
