1. Achieve sales targets and enhance brand image by leading relationships with both local and international clients.
2. Attract and recruit new clients through traffic-stopping and scheduling facial services.
3. Provide personalized skin diagnostics to clients.
4. Perform facial treatment services with proficiency in application techniques.
5. Sell products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Art of Selling.
6. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
7. Maintain merchandising counters in line with corporate guidelines.
8. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
9. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail/boutique manager.
10. Execute all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
11. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
12. Encourage teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Higher Vocational Training in Personal Image
2. Additional training in Aesthetics
3. At least 5 years of experience in cosmetic sales and facial treatments
4. High proficiency in English and/or French
5. Customer and results-oriented
6. Full availability to travel

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in cosmetic sales and facial treatments.
