LVMH Internal Control Specialist

1. Manage the Internal Control self-assessment campaign for reporting to LVMH Group.
2. Conduct Internal Control reviews on specific topics or markets.
3. Interview employees at all organizational levels on complex and sensitive matters, ensuring confidentiality.
4. Provide advisory and guidance on risks and controls for new projects, programs, or initiatives.
5. Collaborate with business units to develop comprehensive procedures across all main business areas and ensure their application.
6. Assist in the follow-up of action plans from operational audits, ensuring timely closure and documentation review.
7. Undertake special projects, ad-hoc audits, and project reviews as needed.
8. Prepare and present audit result reports.
9. Assist in the follow-up of action plans related to Ethics & Compliance programs.

1. Background in Finance and/or Law
2. Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level), French is a plus
