- Design and execute visually stunning internal and external communications campaigns, including presentations, videos, and interactive digital content.
- Drive engaging content strategies across internal social platforms, company-wide digital channels, and LinkedIn to foster a sense of community.
- Organize and deliver unforgettable employee engagement events, both in-person and virtual, that are informative, inspiring, and interactive.
- Champion brand values and foster a vibrant company culture through creative campaigns that highlight employee success and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proactively identify emerging communication trends, digital tools, and creative methodologies to maintain fresh and innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure a cohesive and impactful communication roadmap.
- Maintain and update the communications and events calendar, advising on appropriate timing for messages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience with managing digital communication channels, video production, and editing tools is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing creative design and communication projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and brand-aligned communications.
- Exceptional ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse internal audiences and platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital communication channels and internal social media best practices.
- Experience in conceptualizing, planning, and executing events.
- Proven ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Curious and innovative mindset with a strong understanding of internal communication best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all creative outputs, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Beginner level experience in internal communications or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is desirable.
