1. Assist in various HR administrative processes within the personnel department.
2. Support the creation of employment contracts and reference letters.
3. Regularly maintain personnel files and HR systems and databases to ensure accuracy of information.
4. Aid in the standardization and optimization of cross-functional HR processes in collaboration with HR functions such as HR Controlling, Payroll, and HR Business Partners.
5. Opportunity to manage individual projects and initiatives.

1. Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
2. Initial practical experience in HR through internships is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs (e.g., PowerPoint).
2. Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
3. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, independent work style, and professional handling of sensitive data.

Entry-level position suitable for students with some practical HR experience.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
