1. Assist in various HR administrative processes within the HR department.
2. Support the creation of employment contracts and work certificates.
3. Regularly maintain personnel files and HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
4. Contribute to the standardization and optimization of HR-related processes in collaboration with HR functions such as HR Controlling, Payroll, and HR Business Partners.
5. Opportunity to lead individual projects and initiatives.

1. Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field such as Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
2. Previous practical experience in HR through internships is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs such as PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in German and strong command of English.
3. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive data professionally.

Entry-level position suitable for those with initial HR internship experience.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
