1. Assist in various HR administrative processes within the HR department.
2. Support the creation of employment contracts and work certificates.
3. Regularly update personnel files and HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
4. Aid in the standardization and optimization of HR-related processes in collaboration with HR functions such as HR Controlling, Payroll, and HR Business Partners.
5. Opportunity to manage individual projects and initiatives.

1. Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.

1. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
3. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
4. Professional handling of sensitive data.

Entry-level position; prior internship experience in HR is advantageous.

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
