HR Intern - Recruiting & Employer Branding

1. Support the holistic recruiting process for all LVMH Beauty brands (Retail & Office)
2. Create job postings and advertisements on job boards and social media
3. Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews
4. Ensure an excellent candidate journey through continuous optimization of applicant management
5. Support HR marketing and employer branding activities, including organizing recruiting events and fairs
6. Manage the recruitment of interns and working students in direct cooperation with hiring managers
7. Maintain applicant management systems and perform additional administrative HR tasks
8. Participate in HR projects

1. Advanced studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on HR
2. Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions
3. Experience with recruiting KPIs and reporting is advantageous

1. Proficient in MS Office
2. Fluent in German and good English skills
3. Independent and structured working style
4. Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
5. Organizational talent with a hands-on mentality
6. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to new situations
