- Assist in the comprehensive recruiting process for all LVMH Beauty brands, including retail and internal departments.
- Create job postings, manage listings on job boards, and develop creative social media recruitment campaigns.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously optimize applicant management to ensure an excellent candidate journey.
- Support HR marketing and employer branding activities, including organizing recruitment events and fairs, and managing internal communications through intranet and newsletters.
- Independently recruit all interns and working students in direct collaboration with hiring managers, and subsequently support and optimize the Young Talent Program.
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and perform additional administrative HR tasks.
- Contribute to HR projects.
- Advanced studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources.
- Initial practical experience through internships or working student roles.
- Experience with recruiting KPIs and reporting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Independent and structured work style, with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
- Organizational talent with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of multitasking.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new situations swiftly.
Initial practical experience in HR or recruitment, preferably through internships or working student roles.
Advanced studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources.
