1. Assist the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting interns, including screening, shortlisting, and conducting telephone interviews as needed.
2. Coordinate the logistics and organization of intern assessment centers.
3. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other onboarding documents.
4. Conduct right-to-work checks and manage the onboarding process, including first-day inductions and updating HR systems.
5. Support with ad hoc data and reference requests, and prepare change of detail letters for salary increases and promotions.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and gain understanding of lower-level employee relations cases and family-friendly policies.
7. Research external training courses and platforms, and communicate internal LVMH training opportunities.
8. Organize committee meetings, focus groups, and events in alignment with the DEI strategy.
9. Support the HR team on project-related work and centers of excellence initiatives.

1. Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.
2. Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.

1. Presentation skills and creativity.
2. Basic skills in video editing and graphic design tools such as Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
3. Ability to create visually appealing content and graphics.
4. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Beginner-level experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience.
