LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, a distinguished division within the LVMH conglomerate, is renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the beauty industry. The HR Data & Reporting teams within this division play a pivotal role in supporting the various beauty houses under LVMH, including iconic brands such as Parfums Christian Dior and Guerlain, by providing critical data analysis and reporting services.

1. Participate in the collection, consistency checking, and validation of workforce data for monthly and annual reports.
2. Monitor retroactive updates and adjustments in monthly reports.
3. Collaborate with local HR contributors to ensure data accuracy.
4. Contribute to the drafting of reporting procedures.
5. Produce monthly reports for central teams.
6. Assist in the management, verification, and updating of access and participants in Group reporting tools.
7. Respond to ad hoc requests for HR data and workforce-related KPIs from internal clients.
8. Support the HR Controlling community by preparing meetings and providing assistance.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Social Management Control, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.

1. Strong interest in data analysis and HR information systems.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
3. Attention to detail, organization, and precision.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Autonomy and proactivity.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficiency in PowerBI and Office 365, particularly PowerPoint.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to data analysis or HR systems.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
