- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, managing documentation, IT setup, induction plans, and first-day activities.
- Continuously enhance HR onboarding processes to align with LVMH's mission and values, including DEIB initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.
- Assist with processing employee contractual changes, promotions, and internal moves.
- Update monthly organizational charts to reflect personnel changes.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and HR processes.
- Coordinate the probationary review process and support managers, escalating issues to the HR Business Partner as needed.
- Manage low-level employee relation cases with support from the HR Business Partner.
- Prepare HR-related documentation, including contracts, letters, and references.
- Assist in the preparation of performance management materials.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner and HR team on various projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the deployment of global Parfums Christian Dior initiatives in the local market.
- Assist with ADHOC training sessions in collaboration with the HR Business Partner and Talent Management Team.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role
- Experience in employee relations is desired but not required
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
Minimum of 3 years in a Human Resources role, with a preference for experience in employee relations.
