LVMH HR Controller

1. Maintain and update the HR database, including cost centres and analytical data.
2. Produce ad-hoc reports for the LVMH Annual Report and national statistics.
3. Assist Payroll Manager and Accounting teams with payroll exports.
4. Manage HR budget for specific brands, tracking monthly HR budgets in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits Manager, business analysts, HR management, and Recruitment.
5. Coordinate with payroll to analyze staffing costs and work on HR KPI analysis for various projects.
6. Deliver data and participate in annual audit processes.
7. Prepare and analyze monthly commission data for all brands.
8. Contribute to projects related to compensation and pay, such as commission scheme updates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance controlling, preferably within a retail environment.
2. Proven track record in finance controlling, including cost centres and P&L management.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
2. Commercial awareness with an understanding of the impact of actions on P&L and stakeholder management.
3. Structured and methodical approach to work.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing regular reporting requirements with ad-hoc analyses.
5. Problem-solving skills with a focus on improving effectiveness and maximizing opportunities.
6. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating analysis into recommended action plans for senior management.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
8. Fluency in English; additional proficiency in French is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in finance controlling, preferably within the retail sector.
