LVMH HR Controller

- Maintain and update the HR database, including cost centres and analytical data.
- Produce ad-hoc reports for the LVMH Annual Report and national statistics.
- Assist Payroll Manager and Accounting teams with payroll exports.
- Manage HR budget for specific brands, tracking monthly HR budgets in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits Manager, business analysts, HR management, and Recruitment.
- Coordinate with payroll to analyze staffing costs and work on HR KPI analysis for various projects.
- Deliver data and participate in annual audit processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly commission data for all brands.
- Contribute to projects related to compensation and pay, such as commission scheme updates.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance controlling, preferably within a retail environment.
- Proven track record in finance controlling, including cost centres and P&L management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of the impact of actions on P&L and stakeholder management.
- Structured and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing regular reporting requirements with ad-hoc analyses.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on improving effectiveness and maximizing opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating analysis into recommended action plans for senior management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in French is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in finance controlling, preferably within the retail sector.
