- Partner strategically with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Advise business leaders on talent acquisition, management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Identify talent gaps and collaborate with the Talent Enablement team to recruit top-tier talent.
- Design and implement employee development programs to foster continuous learning.
- Coach managers on effective team management and employee engagement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with brand values.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting and appraisals.
- Manage the HR budget and oversee people costs.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and communication.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and track performance indicators.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role within luxury retail, beauty, or fashion.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including organizational development and change management.
- Experience in a matrix organization with a collaborative working style.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver results through effective People initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
Minimum of 3 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role within luxury retail, beauty, or fashion industries.
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related fields. A master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
