- Coordinate the full recruitment process.
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including induction meetings.
- Advise employees on learning and development in coordination with HR.
- Identify, coordinate, follow up, and evaluate learning and development needs and initiatives for teams and individuals.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Assist and guide managers on personnel issues, including long-term sick leave and reintegration, in consultation with the HR Director.
- Streamline HR processes and procedures for efficiency.
- Support the HR Director on local HR initiatives.
- Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department.
- Provide HR policy guidance and train employees, managers, and directors on relevant HR processes and policies.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning with the HR Director.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
- Practical working knowledge of Benelux employment legislation.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and committed to all aspects of HR work.
- Efficient with the capacity to manage tight deadlines and multitask.
- Ability to interact effectively with employees, line managers, and external contacts.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Trustworthy with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to coach and influence to achieve business results.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant HR Business Partner role, with demonstrated experience in organization development, change management, and employee relations.
Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
