1. Coordinate the full recruitment process.
2. Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including induction meetings.
3. Advise employees on learning and development in coordination with HR.
4. Identify, coordinate, follow up, and evaluate learning and development needs and initiatives for teams and individuals.
5. Collaborate with managers and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
6. Assist and guide managers on personnel issues, including long-term sick leave and reintegration, in consultation with the HR Director.
7. Streamline HR processes and procedures for efficiency.
8. Support the HR Director on local HR initiatives.
9. Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department.
10. Provide HR policy guidance and train employees, managers, and directors on relevant HR processes and policies.
11. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning with the HR Director.
12. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
13. Participate in ad hoc projects.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
3. Practical working knowledge of Benelux employment legislation.
4. Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, both written and verbal.

4. Ability to interact effectively with employees, line managers, and external contacts.
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

7. Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Ability to coach and influence to achieve business results.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant HR Business Partner role, with demonstrated experience in organization development, change management, and employee relations.

Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
