- Lead the consolidation of HR budgets across brands during annual budget and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with HR and Finance to identify risks and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations for cost optimization.
- Develop and manage payroll rolling forecasts, focusing on process improvement and automation.
- Oversee headcount reporting, annual HR budget management, and payroll cost tracking to ensure accuracy and financial discipline.
- Utilize HR data to analyze trends, forecast future workforce needs, and support strategic decision-making.
- Enhance digitization efforts, streamlining HR intelligence processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide HR reports and insights, translating them into actionable strategies for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in HR budget data.
- Deploy and oversee HR tools and programs from Centers of Excellence to enhance HR operations.
- Act as an HR Intelligence advisor, coaching colleagues on best practices and data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on LVMH compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to Maison and Group standards.
- 4+ years of experience in HR Intelligence, workforce planning, HR analytics, or financial controlling.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Power BI (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying and presenting data insights to various stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
- Experience in a matrix organization, demonstrating a collaborative and cross-functional working style.
