LVMH HR Assistant Intern

1. Manage the entire intern recruitment process for Belgium and the Netherlands, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, application tracking, and feedback provision.
2. Support the HR Business Partner in employee recruitment.
3. Respond to unsolicited applications.
4. Create contracts, internship agreements, and personnel files.
5. Assist the HR Officer with employment contracts and new hire/leaver documentation.
6. Develop and implement a school relations strategy to align with recruitment needs.
7. Establish partnerships with schools, alumni, and agencies.
8. Organize and participate in recruitment events, presenting LVMH and its brands to potential candidates.
9. Propose innovative ideas to attract top talent.
10. Prepare the monthly HR newsletter and reports for CE/CPPT meetings.
11. Update organizational charts monthly.
12. Serve as a reference point for trainees within the organization.
13. Contribute to ad hoc HR projects, including training, corporate social responsibility, and people development.
