Responsibilities
- Administer payroll activities for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
- Provide HR information and reporting to management.
- Prepare employment contracts and documentation for new hires and leavers.
- Track employment contract end dates and manage extensions or terminations.
- Produce confirmation letters for contract renewals, terminations, job changes, and other HR actions.
- Handle daily HR administrative queries from employees.
- Administer benefits such as healthcare, pension, and leave days.
- Monitor holiday and sickness absence policies, liaise with services on absence cases, and maintain documentation.
- Enter starter and leaver information into systems.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and Payroll Administrator experience
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (both written and verbal)
Skills
- Strong administration skills
- Practical knowledge of relevant employment legislation
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll Software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and structure
- Proactive and fully committed
- Efficient with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask
- Ability to interact effectively with employees, line managers, and external contacts
- Trustworthy with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience required.
