LVMH Financial Controller

1. Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget cycle, rolling forecasts, and business reviews in alignment with HQ and APAC directives.
2. Assist the Brand Director in constructing and monitoring budget and forecast cycles.
3. Prepare regular financial and management reports.
4. Support brand management with financial and business analysis for informed decision-making.
5. Control operational expenses and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
6. Conduct retail analysis including sales, stock coverage, and door productivity.
7. Manage day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
8. Provide financial analysis support to the brand team and assist senior stakeholders in strategic planning.
9. Ensure internal controls and procedures are implemented effectively.
10. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

1. CA or CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
2. Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.

1. Excellent analytical skills and strong commercial acumen.
2. Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
3. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is advantageous.
4. Strong numerical, organizational, and PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and management accounting, with a preference for experience in the Retail or FMCG sectors.

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.
