LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Financial Controller

- Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget cycle, rolling forecasts, business reviews, and ad-hoc financial analyses in accordance with headquarters and APAC instructions and timelines.
- Assist the General Manager and Brand Director in constructing and monitoring the budget and forecast cycles.
- Prepare regular financial and management reports.
- Support financial and business analysis for brand management decisions.
- Control operational expenses and identify areas for savings, efficiency, and productivity improvements.
- Conduct retail analysis, including sales, stock coverage, and door productivity.
- Manage daily financial activities of the brand, ensuring compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
- Ensure adherence to policies, compliance requirements, and controls.
- Provide financial analysis support for business proposals to assist the General Manager and brand team in decision-making.
- Assist in strategic planning and decision processes for the brand.
- Ensure procedures and internal controls are in place, reinforcing company policy and guidelines through education to the brand team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- CA or CPA qualified with over 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong business commercial sense.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is advantageous.
- Strong numerical, organizational, and PC skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building budgets and conducting business analysis, preferably within the Retail or FMCG sectors, covering both financial and management accounting, and business partnering.
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.
