1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
2. Conduct cost control, variance analysis, and report monthly results to management.
3. Provide relevant reports and derive actionable recommendations for management and specific departments.
4. Enhance controlling tools and reporting systems.
5. Manage monthly reporting to headquarters.
6. Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with departments and brand headquarters.
7. Support the team in achieving overall objectives while adhering to strategic brand alignment and departmental goals.
8. Report and present budgets to the international headquarters, including top management.
9. Perform investment and profitability analyses for projects.
10. Create profitability analyses by customer and point of sale.
11. Optimize and automate processes.

1. Master's degree in Business Administration.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
3. Previous experience in an international work environment is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in ERP/SAP and Business Intelligence systems.
5. Fluency in German and English, with French as a plus.

1. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with PowerBI as a plus.
2. Strong analytical capabilities.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Team-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field is required.

Master's degree in Business Administration.
