LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Financial Controller

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct cost control, variance analysis, and report monthly results to management.
- Provide relevant reports and derive actionable recommendations for management and specific departments.
- Enhance controlling tools and reporting systems.
- Manage monthly reporting to headquarters.
- Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with departments and brand headquarters.
- Support the team in achieving overall objectives while adhering to strategic brand alignment and departmental goals.
- Report and present budgets to the international headquarters, including top management.
- Perform investment and profitability analyses for projects.
- Create profitability analyses by customer and point of sale.
- Optimize and automate processes.
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Previous experience in an international work environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP and Business Intelligence systems.
- Fluency in German and English, with French as a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with PowerBI as a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field is required.
Master's degree in Business Administration.
