LVMH Finance Intern

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Singapore (LFCS) is a prominent division of the LVMH Group, managing seven distinguished brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Benefit, Givenchy, Kenzo, and Fresh. LFCS oversees a range of activities such as logistics, production, quality control, commercial operations, and back-office functions across Singapore and the Asia region. 1. Ensure timely month-end closing for transportation and logistics activities, monitoring and controlling associated costs, and providing booking instructions to the accounting team.
2. Analyze main variances compared to the previous year and budget.
3. Evaluate brand profitability through monthly P&L analysis.
4. Prepare monthly reporting for brand management.
5. Review and update controlling procedures as necessary.
6. Streamline reporting processes and organize data access.
7. Maintain effective communication with third parties to ensure collaboration.
8. Conduct ad hoc analysis and project follow-up.

1. Ability to commit to a 6-month internship from January 26 to June 26.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Analytical mindset.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Experience with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
3. Adaptability and flexibility to changing environments and business needs.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those starting their career.
